What is FIBAR?
A high-fibre, high-protein bar made entirely from clean ingredients. Every bar has 11g of fibre and 10g of protein, from real ingredients with nothing artificial. It's built to close the gap between the fibre most people should eat and the amount they actually do.
What makes FIBAR different?
Most bars compromise. The protein bars skip the fibre, the fibre bars skip the protein, and most are ultra-processed and less clean than they appear. FIBAR has 11g of fibre and 10g of protein in the same bar, from chicory root, pumpkin protein, dates, and real dark chocolate. No preservatives, no sweeteners, no seed oils.
Will it upset my stomach?
No, it shouldn't. FIBAR's main fibre is chicory root inulin, one of the most studied fibres in the world and well-tolerated in trials. If you don't normally eat much fibre, your gut needs a week or so to adapt. Start with half a bar a day, drink plenty of water, and your body will catch up. If you have a condition like IBS, speak to your GP first.
What does it taste like?
Raspberry FIBAR is raspberry and dark chocolate with a caramel texture from the dates. Peanut Butter FIBAR is peanut and dark chocolate over the same caramel base. Both are dense and satisfying.
How many can I have a day?
One a day is the sweet spot. That's more than a third of your daily fibre target. The real benefit builds with consistency, so make it a habit.
Is it vegan and gluten-free?
Both flavours are vegan and made with gluten-free oats. They're produced in a factory that handles nuts, peanuts, and soy, and the Peanut Butter FIBAR contains peanuts. Full allergen details are on each product page.
Why does FIBAR cost what it does?
Real ingredients cost more than fillers, and as a small brand we don't have the unit economics of the big players. We chose every ingredient for what it does for your body, not for what's cheapest to make. The price reflects that.
How does the subscription work?
Pick your flavour and how often you want it, every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. It arrives automatically and you save 10% on every order. Change your flavour or frequency anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, after your second order. We ask for two orders so the subscription has a fair run, then it's yours to pause or cancel whenever you like.
How long does delivery take?
We only ship to the UK. Orders should take 2–4 working days.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, on orders over £40. The Bundle or two packs will get you there.
